Narcissus le Grand’s (aka Donald J. Trump’s) attorneys are saying that Special Counsel Jack Smith and his team cannot prove that their client knew he’d lost the election. That’s a bit of a stretch when dozens of Il Duce’s (aka Donald J. Trump’s) close advisers, from his own daughter to his attorney general, told him he’d lost, but no matter. A careful reading of the indictment shows that whether the ex-president believed he lost the election or not isn’t even mentioned. He will be charged for what he did! His actions speak volumes!
And what that “f%$#ing moron” did isn’t free speech either. (The full quote is what SecState Tillerson uttered to generals at the Pentagon after a meeting in which the worst POTUS this country has ever fully displayed his stupidity.) Pressuring Georgia’s SecState and Arizona’s House Speaker to find fraudulent votes is a mafia-like shakedown, not free speech. Creating slates of fake electors isn’t free speech either; it’s yet another crime. Sure, this defendant had accomplices—these are the six unnamed co-conspirators (the news media knows who five of them are) and many others, including all the violent thugs on January 6, 2021 who went after Mike Pence and Nancy Pelosi.
Yes, there’s plenty of evidence in the document that should lead to a guilty verdict for the four counts the indictment contains, and this should mean that Il Duce spends the rest of his life in prison. Unfortunately, the charge of sedition for fomenting an insurrection, i.e. treason against the US government, is not in the document. It should be! There’s no bigger traitor in the history of our country than Donald J. Trump.
In any case, there’s a good chance for conviction. Jack Smith smartly planned that document to best guarantee that, showing to everyone that he’s one of the best Special Counsels we’ve seen in decades. Will his efforts make a difference? We could still have the absurd situation where the biggest traitor in US history will be inaugurated as the country’s next president. That’s just wrong! And that’s when it might be time to declare a new civil war to ensure that the US will survive Donald J. Trump. Stay tuned!
