Murder on Fifth Avenue?

So…concerning SCOTUS’s deliberations about presidential impunity: If the court’s fascist judges have their way, will Trump, when and if he’s the next president, be able to actually murder someone on NYC’s Fifth Avenue and get away with it? That’s what those judges forming SCOTUS’s fascist junta might actually allow him to do! Of course, they’ll only have to worry about that once in court because once that “f&^%ing moron” is president again, they will make him President-for-Live like Putin. (Our hope and possible salvation is that he’s already going senile, so he’ll probably die in office! But Venezuela has shown that the tyrant who comes after first one can do even more damage to a banana republic, which we’ll become if Narcissus le Grand wins.)

While the Founding Fathers made enough errors that the FPA (“Fascist Party of America” = “Good Ole Piranhas”) have discovered and used to their benefit, one thing they got right because they worried about it happening a lot was that the US president should not be an absolute monarch. They’d had enough of that with the British tyrant King George and that British royal tradition in general: Their abolute monarch had absolute power. (The English eventually changed that. Now their monarch and his family are only useless parasites spending lots of tax dollars on satisfying the people’s addiction to useless pomp and circumstance.)

That fascist SCOTUS junta can prattle on and on about “originalism” all they want, but it’s clear that the originalist philosophy is a complete scam: It’s only a matter of convenience when and if  they use it, mostly because they can find no other justification for their decision. The Founding Fathers’ worry about a president with absolute power doesn’t seem to worry those fascist fools, even though it’s a “more original” worry that existed even before the Constitution was written! Of course, the half-dozen judges in that junta are complete hypocrits; there’s not a competent, logical jurist in that gang!

I can’t blame these judicial morons too much, though; they’re beholden to their mafia Don. They’ll kiss his ring as well as any other fascist follower. They probably think they’re superior to him because he can hardly read or write, let alone think, but they’re still brown-nosing even though they don’t make a trip to Mar-a-Lago to do it.

Ketanji Brown Jackson (one of the three non-fascist judges on SCOTUS) described the situation well: She argued that a president with absolute impunity would be tempted to go after his political enemies while in office, even assassinate them, because he couldn’t be prosecuted. Such a president would have much more than a get-out-jail-free card! He would be a de facto old-fashioned absolute monarch just like the Founding Fathers feared! Our American Il Duce might even get his jollies by drawing and quartering old Joe or any other political rival refusing to give the king absolute loyalty.

Putin and Xi have that absolute power. That’s why our mafia Don admires them so much! In China and Russia, President-for-Life means Putin and Xi are abolute monarchs. Trump wants that for himself. No doubt about it! He blames all his problems not on himself but not having it.

Maybe this will come back to haunt Alito and his fascist buddies? I can just see Narcissus le Grand irate about one of that fascist junta’s decisions, deciding to wipe out the whole junta to make himself the absolute judge and jury controlling the US legal system. You’d better be careful what you wish for, fascist judges! Sometimes the democratic rabble a banana republic’s junta wishes to control can rise up and tear the junta’s members from limb from limb. Absolute power does not mean absolute control, or there’d never be any revolutions!
