Who’d have guessed? That “f&^%ing moron” Trump (not my quote but ex-SecState Tillerson’s) states that people should get vaccinated, and his followers boo him! (There are other schisms among the “marching morons” too, but I’m focusing on the anti-vaccination, anti-masking idiots.)
A radicalized tween from New York State’s conservative Long Island, mostly Trump land, spews anti-masking vitriol in support of the new county exec, a fascist and misogynist pig who defeated a much more competent lady by pandering to the Trump faithful. This rat has had his legal battles trying to take down the NY governor’s reasonable mask mandates for schools. He lost big time, but that little idiot was still there mouthing off. My knee-jerk reaction? “I bet you’re not vaccinated, you little brat, so go away and die!” I immediately realized that wasn’t an entirely appropriate thing to say. She’s been trained to join the “marching morons” of Trump’s followers, i.e. she’s probably the innocent victim of her parents, who, as card-carrying members of those marching morons, brainwashed her to have that suicidal attitude. If the kid does die, those parents should be charged with murder!
It’s been hard to watch this insanity unfold. A national (and worldwide!) health emergency, a terrible pandemic, has been politicized to the extreme that stupid people are willing to die stupidly rather than do those simple things to protect their families and friends. That’s the epitome of self-destructive moronic behavior. It’s also anti-patriotic, so they’re all fascist idiots like Trump, aiding him to take us down into that cesspool of fascism, grownups and little kids alike!
85%? 95%? This has become the pandemic of the unmasked and unvaccinated crazies now, and most of them consider Trump the Chump to be their messiah. Frankly, I don’t care if the grownups commit suicide. As they say, it’s a free country, although they work mightily to destroy it. Before they do, I’d like to try them all for mass murder—we’re heading for a million confirmed deaths from Covid, most of them stupid people who insist on being unmasked and unvaccinated—but what these people are doing to their fellow citizens is unconscionable. And what they’re doing to American children is obscenely evil!
