Talk about playing right into the fascists’ hands! It’s not enough that there are no term or age limits (SCOTUS judges don’t want those old and incompetent US senators to one-up them), but they don’t want any ethics rules to get in the way of their judicial (read: legislative!) powers.
All six far-right members of SCOTUS are fascists. Thomas is the worst of them by far. A Good Ole Piranhas filthy-rich donor is pulling Clarence’s puppet strings! He’s now sweating a bit with all the criticism, so he’s promising to reveal all his boondoggles from 2022 on. But he’s the oldest member of SCOTUS’s fascist majority with sins going much farther back than 2022!
None of the other fascist SCOTUS judges worry about ethics either. They’ve all put themselves above the law and sit like gods on Mt. Olympus, legislating via their judicial decisions while turning our country into an oppressive autocracy and variations on that theme to favor the rich and powerful. We’re fast becoming a Third World banana republic with their decisions!
Will they even uphold the Constitution? Of course they will, the Constitution as interpreted by them, six fascists among the nine, all safe in their black robes incorrectly interpreting that outdated document, their fascist decisions becoming more frequent and autocratic.
They’ve ignored the 14th Amendent that unequivocally states that Trump cannot run for any national office, including the presidency, because he has fomented a revolution against the US government. The SCOTUS judges have misinterpreted the 2nd Amendment when stating that it allows every person to bear arms. All that amendment says is that militias (our present-day National Guards) can be armed. (In fact, there’s no reason to allow a subversive organization like the NRA to exist!) The judges have slashed women and gays’ rights and all but made the US into a hellish theocracy like Iran. Considering that most of the fascist SCOTUS majority are rabid, right-wing Catholics (who recently went after the Pope!), we might as well start thinking about renaming the country Vatican West. These judges have also allowed corporations to have too much clout in American politics (Citizens United) and will probably start denying health coverage to millions of Americans.
It’s time to end this autocracy and SCOTUS’s judicial legislation. The SCOTUS fascists have no ethics, far too much power, and too many undeserved perks, all leading to them making bad decisions for our people and our democracy. Our “independent judiciary” is a joke at all levels but especially at the top where the six is looking more like a junta every day. That fascist majority of SCOTUS is out to destroy America and subjugate Americans to their will. And our enemies, especially autocratic governments around the world, are loving it! Americans must do something about it…or America as we knew it will cease to exist!
